Public Construction Works We’ve Completed

Our construction company’s strengths include extensive experience in support of federal and local government construction contracts. In addition to having completed a five-year IDIQ contract with the Air Force at Hanscom AFB, we have also completed a 10 Year US Coast Guard IDIQ construction contract for the Southern New England Coast Guard District.

Vanguard Construction has worked on projects with very demanding conditions, and we always bring the project in on schedule.

We specialize working in occupied buildings, clean rooms, hospitals, laboratories, office spaces, classrooms, new construction, and renovations.

Many of our school projects were “Summer Slammers”, in occupied buildings with a performance period of approximately 12 weeks for +/- 12,000-sf complete gut/rehab of offices, to create new classrooms, restrooms, and offices, with new HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems. No project is too difficult to control!
